Your potential future employer is a global major manufacturer in the field of orthopaedic products. For the location in Venlo, we are looking for a Returns Clerk. The Returns Clerk helps with the smooth running of the returns process. The tasks of the Returns Clerk are:
- Processing returns in the computer system;
- Processing data in the computer system;
- Perform quality checks;
- Assist in handling transport damage;
- Maintaining customer contact.

The Returns Clerk works precise and ensures that no mistakes are made. Furthermore, the Returns Clerk has:
- Speaks the English and German languages;
- Speaking the Dutch language is a plus;
- Experience with a hand scanner is a plus;
- Experience in (logistics) administration is a plus;
- Knowledge of MS Office and the SAP computer system.
Wat ontvang je?
- Salary of €14.42 gross per hour;
- Travel allowance;
- Warm lunch 4 times a week;
- Working hours: 8-hour day shifts between 07:00 and 19:00;
- Chance of a permanent contract after 1 year.
