Your future employer is a large, growing manufacturing company in the food industry in Kerkrade. They produce various types of tortillas. There is an informal and collegial working atmosphere where people work hard but with fun. As an operator you are busy with maintaining the quality policy, the company rules and regulations, and the customer requirements for the ordered products. You enjoy being part of a team and you like structure and personal responsibility. In this position you will be part of an enthusiastic team, reporting to the Manager QA.
Your duties as an operator:
- Preparing recipes.
- Coordinating food safety regulations.
- Performing product checks.
- Recording customer & supplier complaints + first line analysis.
- Preparing audits and performing internal audits.
Working hours 5-shifts:
- Monday to Sunday. 2-2-2-4 shift schedule.
- Morning shift 06.45 - 15.00, afternoon shift 14.45 - 23.00, night shift 22.45 - 07.00.
Dit bezit je:
- You have experience as an operator. Experience in the food industry is a plus.
- You have experience with recipes and mixing ingredients.
- You work structured and have good communicative skills.
- You can work both independently and as part of a team.
- You have a natural focus on quality, hygiene and safety.
Wat ontvang je?
- Starting salary: €16.23 gross per hour excluding shift allowance.
- Travel allowance starting at 10 km €0,21 per km.
- With good performance you have a chance of a permanent contract.
- Safety shoes will be arranged for you and you will receive clean work clothes from the company every day.
